Young People's Lottery Fund

Wavehill Consulting and GEN Consulting have been selected as a partnership to deliver a robust 5 year evaluation of the BIG Lottery - Young People's Fund.

The evaluation study runs for 5 years and involves young people from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We will be particularly looking at how over £100m of Lottery funds have helped young people to develop new skills and how these skills help them in their lives and personal development.

The challenge in this study is making sure that we measure the impact of the programme on the young People and not just the community and voluntary groups that are working with them. We want to see the projects changing lives and redirecting young people who are at risk of dropping out of mainstream services and systems.
