• Wembley Park & Wembley Central SRB Programmes

  Wavehill evaluated the success and regeneration impacts of the Wembley Stadium development, taking into consideration the impact of the much publicised stadium delays for the London Borough of Brent.

• AvenCentral SRB6 Final Evaluation

  An evaluation to identify and record the progress and achievements of a programme, of over 60 projects, in order to highlight successes and lessons learned.

• West Redcar 'Pathways to Inclusion'

  A programme driven by strategic factors and an example of 'top down' regeneration.The programme also delivered a large number of smaller projects, many of which were identified through the Ward Forums and funded through community investment.

• Barrow-in-Furness Heart of Barrow - Building Bridges

  An evaluation to determine the overall achievement of the Building Bridges programme against the two principles on which it was originally based - diversifying the economy to create sustainable employment and stabilising deprived communities.

• Sunderland 'Connecting Communities' SRB 6 - Mid Term Evaluation

  The bid for this Programme was successful in securing a £10.5 million grant under Round 6 of the Single Regeneration Budget (SRB). Of that grant £9 million was for the geographical Bid area, £1 million was targeted to a Citywide capacity building initiative and £500K was for Regeneration Exchange North.

• Leicester Core Area, Small Business Impact Assessment (2004-2005)

  An evaluation to assess the overall impact of the scheme on the area and the area residents, and to assess whether the original objectives of the scheme had been met.

• The Diamond of Opportunity Gateway to Bolsover - SRB Final Term Evaluation & Forward Strategy

  An evaluation of the Mansfield Diamond Partnership SRB1 and SRB4 programmes. The brief required an evaluation of the schemes achievements to justify public expenditure and other resources absorbed, and the dissemination of future implications and good practice for the wider regeneration programme.
