A wide consultation in the post-16 sector on ways in which excellent practice could be recognised and rewarded. This research was undertaken to enable DCELLS to develop strategic proposals that will drive up quality and meet the needs of organisations delivering post-16 education in Wales.

Bro Ddyfi is one of the largest, most rural, and most Welsh speaking areas to be included in the Communities First programme. The area has a number of pockets of deprivation, with typical rural problems of hidden poverty, poor access to services, and deteriorating housing conditions.

A report which examined the issues relating to offending behaviour and ex-offenders in terms of the barriers faced by ex-offenders, in terms of primary and secondary barriers; the barriers to education and employment; differences between male and female experiences and differences in youth and adult experience.

Epping Forest District Council appointed Wavehill Consulting to undertake a Feasibility Study for Beyond Suburbia. The evaluation was completed with reference to the Government's Rural White Paper, and it's priorities for action across the rural areas of the UK. The findings and recommendations were designed to enhance the work of the District Council in the rural north and to support the work of several other community groups and partnerships in the area.
