Hannah Thomas

As Wavehill's Office Manager Hannah runs our office in Wales alongside Tracy and skilfully copes with dozens of clients, the management of Wavehill's research and interview staff, and also delivers administrative and technical support to ensure company research and evaluations are undertaken to the highest possible standards. As a management team, Hannah and Tracy demonstrate an ability to understand the needs and expectations of Wavehill's clients whilst efficiently and accurately directing every phase of the evaluation process. Hannah's role has developed with Wavehill's implementation of new techniques and methodologies and she has taken responsibility for overseeing the training, running and analysis of CATI and CAWI evaluation tools and software. Hannah has an extensive background in customer services, administration and management and now plays an absolutely vital role in the coordination of all of Wavehill's work.

Come weekends and holidays, most of Hannah's time is spent project managing the building of her first home, which is now near completion and down to the 'final touches' stage. When she does have free time she enjoys socialising with family and friends in and around West Wales.
