Mark Willis

Mark co-founded Wavehill Consulting 15 years ago in London and specialised as a project co-ordinator for a wide range of European funded projects; 8 years ago the Wavehill office was relocated to West Wales.

During the lifetime of the company Mark has gained a wealth of experience working with community regeneration projects across England and Wales, leading on and co-ordinating evaluations, research studies, community consultations and large scale surveys.

Since the establishment of Wavehill in Wales Mark has become a recognised expert in community evaluation and has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local, regional and national context in which programmes and initiatives are placed. He has also led and co-ordinated the evaluation of a wide range of long term projects including:

• Young Persons – BIG Lottery
• People in Places – BIG Lottery
• Over 40 SRB and neighbourhood renewal community evaluations
• Communities First Trust Fund
• The WCVA CVC's and the Social Risk Fund evaluation
