Tracy Newman
Tracy has worked with Wavehill for over a year and is jointly responsible for the vast task of co-ordinating all projects, including setting up all face-to-face and focus group meetings and heading up the Interview Team.
Previous to joining Wavehill Tracy worked for eight years for a large media/communication company in various roles as Project Management, Customer Care and Back-Office support. Since joining Wavehill she has undertaken various responsibilities for a range of projects;
Visiting Leisure Centres across Wales to undertake a mystery shopper exercise and facilitating face-to-face interviews with Centre users to gain feedback on their thoughts and perceptions of healthy eating options within Leisure Centres as part of a Welsh Assembly Government initiative, setting up face-to-face meetings with members of Voluntary and Community Groups, and undertaking telephone interviews with beneficiary groups for a WCVA project, conducting in-depth telephone interviews with beneficiary groups and individual participants for the CFTF evaluation and arranging face-to-face meetings with participating GP Surgeries for the North Fulham Exercise Referral Scheme.
Administratively, Tracy holds responsibility for the implementation of evaluations and research; this includes obtaining project documentation, arranging meetings with project managers and community organisations, obtaining and verifying beneficiary co-ordinates, arranging focus group sessions and project database management.
