Becky Morgan

 

Becky joined Wavehill in January 2014 after working at a letting agent in Aberystwyth and previously as a receptionist at a holiday park in New Quay. She is an experienced researcher undertaking telephone and face-to-face interviews with a wide range of cohorts. Becky has a good understanding of the different approaches needed to suit each audience and is skilled in the collection of qualitative information that is statistically robust.  Through her experience, she is a specialist in drawing out the qualitative evidence that creates a stronger evidence base for our clients.

As part of Becky’s role at Wavehill, she also creates surveys using the Qualtrics software which are used to conduct telephone interviews with a variety of cohort groups. As part of this process she regularly communicates with consultants to ensure questions are clear and concise for both the interviewer and interviewee.

 

She also supports with the identification and submission of tender opportunities during busy periods. Working closely with the Senior Consultant Team to ensure that tender submissions are completed to a high standard and to specific deadlines.  Becky has a strong understanding of the social, political and economic context of the type of research the organisation undertakes.
