We're looking for a Graduate Research Consultant to join

​The Graduate Research Consultant will be involved in a supporting role in all aspects of the company’s work including tendering, questionnaire design, undertaking fieldwork (qualitative and quantitative), data analysis and reporting. 



​£20,000. The company also operates a staff bonus scheme and pension contribution.





  • ​Undertaking desk research (literature reviews, policy summaries, etc.)

  • Undertaking in-depth stakeholder interviews (face to face and telephone)

  • Undertake telephone and face-to-face surveys

  • Facilitating workshops and focus groups with senior members of the team

  • Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and information under the supervision of senior team members

  • Drafting elements of reports under the supervision of senior team members

  • Attending meetings with Clients

  • Contributing to the development of tenders for contracts by preparing policy reviews, etc.

  • Participating in presentations undertaken as part of tenders or the reporting of findings



  • Relevant degree, 2.1 minimum

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Well organised, with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively as an individual and/or as part of a team

  • Ability to work to and meet deadlines and maintain quality

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to travel to undertake fieldwork – i.e. drive / drivers’ licence



  • Accredited qualifications in social research activities (e.g. questionnaire design, analysis of qualitative data)

  • Quantitative Analytical skills

  • GIS Skills (QGIS,etc)

  • Drivers License
