Megan Clark

Research Consultant

Megan joined Wavehill in 2020 after completing her masters degree in Advanced Quantitative Methods at the University of Bristol. She has extensive experience in social and environmental policy research, having worked as a Research Associate at the University of Bristol on multiple equalities-based research projects. This included a policy review for Bristol City Council's Youth Sector Support Fund, and survey design for a Digital Inequality research project at Bristol Digital Futures Institute. Since joining Wavehill, she has been involved in all aspects of project delivery, including policy research, research design, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.

Megan has strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods. She has a range of experience in data analysis, with a particular strength in large and unstructured datasets using SPSS, R, Python. This includes quantitative text analysis, social network analysis and spatial data analysis. Megan has worked on projects included the consultation analysis for the LGBTQ+ Action Plan for Wales, Cultural Infrastructure Mapping project for West of England Combined Authority, and Parents and Carers insights for the new Welsh Curriculum.

Megan has a BA in Politics and French and an MSc in Advanced Quantitative Methods, both from the University of Bristol.
