Penodwyd Wavehill gan rheolwyr Ecostructure i gynnal gwerthusiad o Rhaglen Ecostructure. Tasg allweddol y gwerthusiad yw mesur gwerth, effaith ac effeithiolrwydd y rhaglen.

Hoffem siarad â rhanddeiliaid, staff rheoli a staff cyflawni sydd â diddordeb mewn cyflwyno'r rhaglen neu sydd wedi cefnogi'r gwaith o gyflwyno'r rhaglen i gasglu barn am sut y mae'r rhaglen wedi'i rheoli a'i chyflwyno. Mae'r rheolwyr Ecostructure wedi rhoi eich enw a'ch manylion cyswllt i ni.

1. Pam mae'r ymchwil hwn yn digwydd?

Comisiynwyd Wavehill gan dîm rheoli Ecostructure i gynnal astudiaeth werthuso o'r rhaglen. Yn dilyn ymestyniad ac ehangu'r rhaglen, penderfynwyd y byddai Wavehill yn cynnal gwerthusiad interim o gynnydd, rheolaeth a darpariaeth yn gynnar yn 2021 i gynorthwyo gwaith yr rhaglen. 2. Beth yw data personol?

Ystyr data personol yw unrhyw wybodaeth a allai arwain at adnabod person naill ai ar ei ben ei hun neu ar y cyd â gwybodaeth arall sydd ar gael yn eang, e.e. ei enw, ei gyfeiriad, neu fanylion sy'n benodol i'r person hwnnw.

3. Am ba hyd y cedwir data personol?

Bydd Wavehill yn cadw data personol yn ystod cyfnod y contract ond yn ei ddileu chwe mis ar ôl diwedd y contract.

4. Beth yw'r sail gyfreithiol ar gyfer casglu a phrosesu'r data a gesglir drwy'r arolwg?

Mae gwerthuso Ecostructure yn galluogi'r tîm rheoli i ddeall a yw'r rhaglen yn gweithio'n effeithiol. Mae gwerthusiadau hefyd yn amodau derbyn cyllid gan WEFO. Ecostructure Interim Evaluation Privacy Notice – Stakeholder, Management and Delivery Interviews

How we hold and process your information

Wavehill have been appointed by the Ecostructure management to undertake an evaluation of the Ecostructure Programme. The key task of the evaluation is to measure the value, impact and effectiveness of the programme.

We would like to speak to stakeholders, management and delivery staff who have an interest in or have supported the delivery of the programme to capture views about how the programme have been managed and delivered. The Ecostructure management have provided us with your name and contact details.

The data you provide will only be used for the purposes of this evaluation. Any personal information collected as part of the evaluation is kept confidential. Your answers to the interview will not be made public in a way that could lead to you being identified. Wavehill will produce a report based on the information that will be presented to the Ecostructure management team, but this will not identify any individuals.

It is also important to note that the team undertaking the evaluation do not work for the Ecostructure programme, WEFO or any of the organisations that are involved in the delivery or funding of this project. This is an independent evaluation.

Wavehill will delete the information you provide and all personal data relating to this research within six months of the end of the evaluation.

Why is this research happening?

Wavehill has been commissioned by the the Ecostructure management team to undertake an evaluation study of programme. Following an extension and expansion of the programme, it was decided that Wavehill would undertake an interim evaluation of progress, management and delivery during early 2021 to inform the ongoing management of the programme. We are interested in the impact that the programme has had to date, and how stakeholders have engaged with the products and outputs of the various work packages. We are also looking to learn any lessons that may assist or support delivery of the programme in the coming months.

2. What type of information is collected through the interviews?

The interview focuses on views about how the programme has been designed, delivered, managed and performed.

3. What is personal data?

Personal data means any information that could lead to a person being identified either alone or in combination with other widely-available information, e.g. their name, their address, or details specific to that person.

3. How long will personal data be kept for?

Wavehill will hold personal data during the contract period but will delete it six months after the end of the contract.

4. What is the legal basis for collecting and processing the data collected through the survey?

The evaluation of the Ecostructure programme enables the management team to understand whether the programme is working effectively. Evaluations are also conditions of receiving funding from WEFO. It is therefore used to support activities within the programme’s public task. That is, the core role and functions of the organisations that deliver the programme. For example, the information collected might be used:

To decide whether changes need to be made

To decide whether programmes like Ecostructure should continue in the future

To understand the best methods of supporting the development of ecologically sensitive structures

The evaluation is being carried out by Wavehill on behalf of the Ecostructure management team. Your individual participation in the research is voluntary.

5. What is the purpose of processing your answers to the survey?

The data is used for research and evaluation purposes only. The data will be analysed to enable the Ecostructure management team to understand the impact and effectiveness of the programme. This will help the the management team decide whether any changes need to be made. The data will not be used for commercial or marketing purposes and it will not be used to take make decisions about you as an individual.

6. Who has access to the personal data collected through the survey?

Wavehill will have a copy of the personal data to allow it to carry out the survey and will capture name, job role and organisation name during this interview.

Wavehill will make a written record of the discussion during the interview. These notes will be analysed by researchers at Wavehill to produce a report for the Ecostructure management team. This report will not identify any individuals participating in the research and the notes will not be shared with the management team or anyone else outside of Wavehill. Wavehill will delete all personal data within six months of the end of the project. The Ecostructure management team will not have access to personal data collected through the interviews.
