John Pritchard, Associate Senior Consultant
John works with Wavehill as an associate Senior Consultant. His specialist areas of expertise include site and property business planning, business and corporate reviews / planning / recovery, economic impact assessments and appraisals, feasibility assessments and options appraisals. He has also extensive experience of work in terms of inward investment strategies and analyses, economic strategies, modelling and analyses, labour economics; including education and training, project and policy evaluation and support for European funded programmes. His career has included 10 years as a Senior Consultant with KPMG, and previously periods as a Senior Economist at the Employment Department and at the Welsh Development Agency (WDA).

He was formerly on the BT Welsh Advisory Forum – a non-executive director for the BT Board in Wales, and is Deputy Chairman and former Treasurer of a local Co-Operative regeneration company Antur Aelhaearn.
He is also a Director of a time-banking venture Acces3abiliy and an Honorary Research Fellow of Bangor University.
