Ceredigion LEADER projects questionnaire

How we hold and process your information Wavehill have been commissioned by Ceredigion County Council, on behalf of Cynnal y Cardi Local Action Group, to undertake an independent evaluation of the implementation and outcomes of the LEADER programme in Ceredigion. As part of the evaluation we are looking to speak to organisations that applied for funding from the programme. Essentially, we’re looking at how well the programme has been managed and what difference it is making in Ceredigion. We’re asking for feedback on the application process and, if your project was funded, a few questions about what your project has achieved to date. This interview is being undertaken as part of the mid-term evaluation process, due to report by the end of December 2018. The final report is scheduled to be produced in April 2021. The data you provide will only be used for research and evaluation purposes. Any personal information collected as part of the evaluation is kept confidential. Your answers to the survey will not be made public in a way that could lead to you or your organisation being identified. Wavehill will produce a report based on the data but this will not identify any individuals or organisations. Wavehill will delete the information you provide and all personal data relating to this research within three months of the end of the evaluation. If you have any questions regarding the interview or the evaluation more generally, please contact Endaf Griffiths at Wavehill (endaf.griffiths@wavehill.com | 01545 571711) or Meleri Richards (Meleri.Richards@ceredigion.gov.uk).
