Office and Research Team Manager
SUMMARY OF THE COMPANY
Wavehill is an independent social and economic research company which has been active for over 20 years, having been set up in 1992. The company has offices in Aberaeron, Bristol and Newcastle upon Tyne. We want our work to make a difference, our purpose is to help to improve the programmes, schemes, projects and organisations that we work with. Our services include: strategy development, project design, evaluation, surveys and impact assessment.
SUMMARY OF THE POST
Wavehill are currently looking for an experienced individual able to work in a fast-paced office environment who can work reactively, carrying out set tasks, as well as being proactive with the ability to multi-task. The candidate will need to have experience in managing a team and be able to work towards deadlines.
Dependent on experience
The post is based in our office in Aberaeron
Candidates must be highly organised, proficient in using Microsoft Office package and be self-motivated. Excellent written and communication skills are essential and a willingness to extend your skills as required. The candidate will need to be a good team player and committed to the success of Wavehill. The ability to speak Welsh is useful but not essential.
The role will require you to get to know our specialism of Social Research, so you are engaged and embedded into the business.
