Health, wellbeing and mental health

We place great importance on the wellbeing of our staff and are proud of our supportive and nurturing culture. We have taken practical steps including line manager training to better support staff and introducing a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme. In addition, we continually review our wide range of policies focused on our staff at different stages of their lives.

Community benefit

We value the importance of our local communities and support local jobs and skills by hosting work placements and paid internships across all of our offices around the UK. We have also committed to give 1% of our pre-tax profit to charitable causes each year, chosen by our colleagues.
