Sut rydym yn cadw ac yn prosesu eich gwybodaeth

 

Mae Wavehill yn gwneud gwaith ymchwil ar ran CGGC er mwyn deall brofiad pobl o ddefnyddio gwefan Gwirfoddoli Cymru a sut y gall safle gwirfoddoli canolog gefnogi'r sector orau ledled Cymru. Nod yr ymchwil yw nodi gwelliannau y gellid eu gwneud i lwyfan canolog gyda'r bwriad o greu Gwirfoddoli Cymru 3.0.

Hoffem siarad â gwirfoddolwyr, sefydliadau sy'n darparu gwirfoddolwyr, Cynghorau Gwirfoddol Sirol a rhanddeiliaid sector i gasglu eu profiadau gyda gwefan Gwirfoddoli Cymru a'u barn ar sut y dylai llwyfan gwirfoddoli canolog cenedlaethol edrych.

Dim ond at ddibenion y gwerthusiad yma byddwn yn defnyddioy dta rydych chi'n darparu. Cedwir unrhyw wybodaeth bersonol a gesglir fel rhan o'r gwerthusiad yn gyfrinachol. Ni fydd eich atebion i'r cyfweliad yn cael eu cyhoeddi mewn ffordd a allai arwain i rywun i adnabod chi. Bydd Wavehill yn cynhyrchu adroddiad yn seiliedig ar y wybodaeth ond ni fydd hyn yn nodi unrhyw unigolion.

Mae Wavehill yn gwneud gwaith ymchwil ar ran CGGC er mwyn deall brofiad pobl o ddefnyddio gwefan Gwirfoddoli Cymru a sut y gall safle gwirfoddoli canolog gefnogi'r sector ledled Cymru. Nod yr ymchwil yw nodi gwelliannau y gellid eu gwneud i lwyfan canolog gyda'r bwriad o greu Gwirfoddoli Cymru 3.0.

2. Pa fath o wybodaeth a gesglir fel rhan o'r ymchwil hon?

Fel rhan o'r ymchwil hwn byddwn yn casglu data ar eich profiadau o ddefnyddio gwefan Gwirfoddoli Cymru a'ch barn ar y rhesymeg dros safle gwirfoddoli canolog yn ogystal â sut y dylai'r wefan hon edrych.

3. Beth yw data personol?

Data personol yw unrhyw wybodaeth a allai arwain i adnabod person naill ai ar ben ei hun neu ar y cyd â gwybodaeth arall sydd ar gael e.e. ei enw, ei gyfeiriad, neu fanylion sy'n benodol i'r person hwnnw.

4. Am ba hyd y cedwir data personol?

 

Bydd Wavehill yn cadw data personol yn ystod cyfnod y contract ond bydd yn ei ddileu chwe mis ar ôl diwedd y contract.

5. Beth yw'r sail gyfreithiol ar gyfer casglu a phrosesu'r data a gesglir drwy'r arolwg?

Er mwyn deall profiad pobl o ddefnyddio gwefan Gwirfoddoli Cymru a sut y gall safle gwirfoddoli canolog gefnogi'r sector ledled Cymru, rydym yn cynnal cyfres o arolygon a chyfweliadau. Y sail gyfreithiol ar gyfer casglu a phrosesu data a gesglir drwy'r arolygon a'r cyfweliadau hyn yw Caniatâd; byddwn ond yn casglu'r manylion hyn gyda'ch caniatâd i wneud hynny.

6. Beth yw diben prosesu eich atebion i'r ymchwil?

Defnyddir y data at ddibenion ymchwil a gwerthuso yn unig. Bydd y data'n cael ei ddadansoddi i alluogi CGGC i ddeall cryfderau a gwendidau gwefan Gwirfoddoli Cymru a deall beth sydd ei angen ar ddefnyddwyr a rhanddeiliaid o lwyfan canolog.

7. Pwy sydd â mynediad i'r data personol a gesglir drwy'r arolwg?

Bydd gan Wavehill gopi o'r data personol i'w alluogi i gynnal yr ymchwil. Os byddwch yn cytuno i arolwg dilynol byddwn yn gofyn am eich enw, enw eich sefydliad (os yw'n berthnasol), a'ch cyfeiriad e-bost a'ch rhif ffôn i gysylltu â chi.

Fel rhan o gyfweliadau dilynol neu gyfweliadau trafod bydd Wavehill yn gwneud cofnod ysgrifenedig o'r drafodaeth yn ystod y cyfweliad. Bydd y nodiadau hyn yn cael eu dadansoddi gan ymchwilwyr yn Wavehill i lunio adroddiad ar gyfer CGGC. Ni fydd yr adroddiad hwn yn enwi unrhyw unigolion sy'n cymryd rhan yn yr ymchwil ac ni fydd y nodiadau'n cael eu rhannu â CGGC nac unrhyw un arall y tu allan i Wavehill. How we hold and process your information

 

Wavehill are undertaking research on behalf of the WCVA to them to better understand peoples’ experience of using the Volunteering Wales website and how a central volunteering site can best support the sector across Wales. The goal of the research is to identify improvements that could be made to a central platform with a view of creating Volunteering Wales 3.0.

 

We would like to speak with volunteers, volunteer provider organisations, CVCs and sector stakeholders to capture their experiences with the Volunteering Wales website and their views on what a national centralised volunteering platform should look like.

 

The data you provide will only be used for the purposes of this evaluation. Any personal information collected as part of the evaluation is kept confidential. Your answers to the interview will not be made public in a way that could lead to you being identified. Wavehill will produce a report based on the information but this will not identify any individuals.

 

It is also important to note that the team undertaking the evaluation do not work for The WCVA or any of the organisations that are involved in the delivery or funding of this project. This is an independent evaluation.

 

Wavehill will delete the information you provide and all personal data relating to this research within six months of the end of the evaluation.

2. What type of information is collected as part of this research?

As part of this research we will collect data on your experiences of using the Volunteering Wales website and your opinions on the rationale for a central volunteering site as well as what this site should look like.

3. What is personal data?

 

Personal data means any information that could lead to a person being identified either alone or in combination with other widely-available information, e.g. their name, their address, or details specific to that person.

4. How long will personal data be kept for?

Wavehill will hold personal data during the contract period but will delete it six months after the end of the contract.

5. What is the legal basis for collecting and processing the data collected through the survey?

In order to better understand peoples’ experience of using the Volunteering Wales website and how a central volunteering site can best support the sector across Wales, we are undertaking a series of surveys and interviews. The legal basis for collecting and processing data collected through these surveys and interviews is Consent; we will only collect these details with your consent to do so.

6. What is the purpose of processing your answers to the research?

The data is used for research and evaluation purposes only. The data will be analysed to enable the WCVA to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the Volunteering Wales website and understand what potential users and stakeholders need from a central platform.

7. Who has access to the personal data collected through the survey?

Wavehill will have a copy of the personal data to allow it to carry out the research. If you consent to a follow-up survey we will ask for your name, your organisation name (if relevant), and your email address and phone number to contact you.

As part of follow-up interviews or discussion interviews Wavehill will make a written record of the discussion during the interview. These notes will be analysed by researchers at Wavehill to produce a report for the WCVA. This report will not identify any individuals participating in the research and the notes will not be shared with the WCVA or anyone else outside of Wavehill. Wavehill will delete all personal data within six months of the end of the project. WCVA will not have access to personal data collected through the interviews.
