Are you looking to work for an excellent company, with a fantastic set of colleagues on challenging and interesting projects with great clients?

This is an exciting time to join Wavehill. We are an ambitious company with a UK-wide presence, including offices in four locations across the UK. Our work has impact, both in terms of policy development but also in practical terms for organisations and communities nationwide.  We are a value driven company with an ethos focused on supporting community, social causes, and the environment. As an employee-owned company our staff are central to how we run our business and in turn benefit from Wavehill’s success.

Wavehill has a proud Welsh heritage and continues to work with clients across Wales on dynamic and innovative projects. If you are a fluent Welsh speaker, we would be very interested to hear from you (although this is not essential). Our work is nationwide, and colleagues will be able to work on projects across the UK.

We are an equal opportunities employer. We recognise we are on a journey to improve our diversity, so that we not only mirror our client base but ensure we have the best talent working for Wavehill and a plurality of thought and creativity within the company.

Along with great colleagues and a great portfolio of projects, we offer great benefits.  This includes support and training for career development, a tax-free bonus from profit share and automatic pension enrolment.  Colleagues can work from any office locations, and flexible and hybrid working options are available.

Job opportunities.

Whilst we do not currently have any vacancies, we are always looking for great talent to join our team and welcome speculative applications from those with relevant experience at any time.

Sarah Usher

I started Wavehill as a Research Consultant in May 2019, then progressed to Consultant in October 2021. Throughout my time, I’ve had the chance to get involved in a variety of projects and to really find my specialism. I’ve also had many opportunities to undertake training around topics I’m passionate about such as effective engagement with young people, and the creative reporting processes.

Along with my day-to-day role, I am part of the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion group. Through this, we look at our internal processes and asses their accessibility as well as our position regarding diversity within the company. This has resulted in improvement in our internal processes for employees; ensuring our working culture enables a productive and comfortable environment where all employees are able to excel. For example, we operate a flexible working pattern around core hours, and follow a one team approach when bidding for new projects. This encourages a better work/life balance for our staff and a feeling of adding value as employees.
