The Welsh Government has commissioned Wavehill and IAITH to explore the use of the Welsh language in primary care. The aim of this study is to provide insights into how the Welsh language duties have influenced primary care services and the delivery of the Active Offer. As part of this research, Wavehill and IAITH will undertake one-to-one interviews and focus groups with stakeholders in primary care across Wales.
The Welsh Government is the data controller for the research. Wavehill and IAITH will delete any personal data collected through the interviews and focus groups and anonymise the raw data before it is shared with the Welsh Government.
The information collected will be included in a report published on the Welsh Government website.
Your participation in this research is voluntary. However, as a valued stakeholder, your insights and experiences are crucial in informing Welsh Government policies and shaping the future of services for patients across Wales.

If discussions are not recorded, personal data will not be included in written notes prepared during or following the interviews and focus groups.
