It is an exciting time in the growth of Wavehill. We are sustainably growing our portfolio of work and clients and currently have a great opportunity for a Consultant and a Senior Consultant to join our team, with a particular focus on supporting our Welsh market.
The Roles
Consultants are involved in a range of research and evaluation tasks including project management, questionnaire design, fieldwork (qualitative and quantitative), data analysis and reporting.
Senior Consultants have responsibility for winning, designing, managing, and delivering research and evaluation projects. They play a lead role in collaborating with clients, associates, and partners to co-create outputs and deliver evidence-based insights.
What we Offer
Consultant: £26,000 to £34,000.
Senior Consultant: £34,000 to £42,000.
For both roles, the salary available may vary depending on experience but will be within the salary bands outlined.
Company bonus of up to 15% of base salary, based on company profits – as an employee-owned company the first £3,600 of this bonus is awarded tax free.
5% employer pension contribution, matched by employees.

Flexible working including a 9-day fortnight working model for full-time staff.
25 days of annual leave (increasing after two years) plus bank holidays.
