We’re excited to continue our Staff Insights series by introducing Emily, who recently joined Wavehill as a Research Consultant. In her feature, Emily shares her professional interests and gives us a glimpse into her role at Wavehill.

Tell us a bit about yourself
I am studying a Masters in social science research methods at the University of Bristol, where I have had to opportunity to conduct lots of my own research projects. Before this I worked in community libraries across Bristol and South Gloucestershire where I ran the children's weekly story and rhyme-time!

What are your key interests
Professionally, l really enjoy facilitating interviews and learning about all the amazing projects that are being rolled out. I am very interested in community building initiatives and environmental sustainability - including sustainable fashion and upcycling clothes! In my spare time I also enjoy pole dancing and attending aerial classes.
What are you most looking forward to
Working for an employee owned, B-corp certified company
Contributing to different social and community building initiatives
Developing my research skills
Using the office coffee machine every morning.
