Welsh Government release evaluation on Degree Apprenticeship Programme

Today the Welsh Government have released the first evaluation report in a series, which focus on the Degree Apprenticeship Programme in Wales. The work, undertaken by Wavehill, provided independent insights using an evidence-based approach. An in-depth literature review and engagement with 22 key stakeholders involved in the planning, implementation management and delivery of the Degree Apprenticeships provided key insights and the evidence gathered informed the development of a theory of change for the programme. This work was aided by a workshop, facilitated by Wavehill, with representatives from the Welsh Government, HEFCW and Universities Wales. The report can be accessed in both English and in Welsh.

Wavehill are continuing work on the second phase of the evaluation and the final report will be released in early 2022.
